VNPT Trade Union awards prizes for the VNPT Culture Understanding Contest 2026

The VNPT Culture Understanding Contest 2026 takes place from May 1 to August 8, 2026, attracting 39,606 union members and workers from 45 units to participate. Among them, 28 units achieved a rate of 100% of union members and workers participating.

According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the contest is organized to propagate, raise awareness and widely spread VNPT values, contributing to the formation of specific cultural behaviors in work and life; and at the same time promote the spirit of responsibility, customer service attitude, coordination culture and innovative thinking of VNPT people.

Not only is it a knowledge learning playground, the contest also creates opportunities for union members and workers to experience, practice and spread corporate culture through digital technology. Through the competitions, many stories, initiatives, models and beautiful actions are shared, contributing to bringing VNPT culture closer to the daily work of each employee.

VNPT Trade Union said that the 2026 VNPT Culture Understanding Contest is not just about understanding and remembering cultural values. More importantly, through stories, experiences and specific actions of union members and workers, VNPT values are gradually transformed into practical actions in work, together overcoming challenges, sharing and accompanying, and boldly innovating.

The large participation of 39,606 union members and workers and the stories shared in the contest continue to affirm the vitality of VNPT culture when spread from each unit, each collective and each worker. The contest is a milestone in the journey of building VNPT culture in 2026, contributing to creating a cohesive, proactive, and innovative working environment.
