Awarding prizes for the national excellent grassroots security and order protection force contest

Attending the closing ceremony and award ceremony were comrades Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; comrade Pham Gia Tuc - Member of the Politburo, Standing Deputy Prime Minister. Also attending were comrades Members of the Party Central Committee: Le Ngoc Chau - Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City, Senior Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen - Deputy Minister of Public Security.

The first national excellent forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in 2026 is organized by the Ministry of Public Security. Participating in the national final round of the competition are 8 teams including: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap and Ca Mau provinces. These are excellent teams representing 34 provinces and cities selected through two final rounds in the Northern and Southern regions.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded A prizes to 3 teams: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong. B prizes were awarded to 3 teams from Thanh Hoa, Ca Mau, and Khanh Hoa provinces. C prizes were awarded to 2 teams from Phu Tho and Dong Thap provinces. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded prizes for the most impressive talent, best knowledge, most effective situation handling, most impressive mass actor, most impressive young mass actor... to typical collectives and individuals.

At the program, Party and State leaders and the Ministry of Public Security presented flowers and gifts of gratitude to individuals and relatives of families of good grassroots security and order forces who have made many contributions and sacrifices for the peace of the grassroots. The Ministry of Public Security also presented support of 150 million VND to support the construction of houses for the wife and children of comrade Huynh Tri Phuc - who bravely sacrificed himself while participating in chasing criminals in March 2025 in Dong Nai province. The Minister of Public Security presented Certificates of Merit to 15 members of 3 teams that won the A prize at the contest.
