Thanh Hoa commends 40 worker families, rewards 100 excellent students
Thanh Hoa - Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation commended 40 typical union member and employee families and rewarded 100 students with outstanding achievements.
On September 27, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) coordinated with the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Youth Union and the Thanh Hoa Women Entrepreneurs Association to organize a conference to commend typical union member and employee families and children of union members and employees who achieved high results in their studies in the 2025-2026 school year.

Attending the conference were Ms. Do Thi Toan - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province; Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of leaders of agencies and units, along with a large number of union members and workers.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that commending typical union member and employee families and rewarding children with high academic achievements is an annual activity rich in humanistic meaning. Thereby, affirming the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in comprehensively caring for the lives of union members and employees.

Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa requested trade union levels in the province to continue to promote propaganda and mobilize union members to build prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized families; maintain and replicate models of encouraging education and talent. At the same time, proactively coordinate with agencies, units, and businesses to implement practical care activities for union members, workers, and families.
For the students who were commended, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation wished them to continue to promote the tradition of studiousness of their homeland, constantly cultivate morality, improve knowledge, and strive to become useful citizens for society.

At the program, delegates exchanged and listened to stories about exemplary students overcoming difficulties and rising to achieve high results in their studies. Representatives of grassroots trade unions also shared experiences and solutions to accompany businesses in caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation awarded certificates to 40 typical union member and employee families in 2026. At the same time, they commended and rewarded 100 students who are children of union members and employees who achieved excellent results in provincial, national and international excellent student exams in the 2025-2026 school year.

The activity aims to honor typical families, encourage children of union members and workers to continue to strive to study, and at the same time spread the movement to build happy families, encourage learning, and encourage talent among union members and trade union levels.
