Thanh Hoa establishes 2 more Party cells at enterprises

On September 26, the Party Committee of Nong Cong commune (Thanh Hoa province) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Party Cell of Kim Viet Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and the Party Cell of DreamF Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd.

Attending the ceremony were Ms. Do Thi Toan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province and leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ).

According to the decision, the two Party cells are directly under the Nong Cong Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. At the time of establishment, the Party Cell of Kim Viet Nam Shoe Co., Ltd. had 5 party members, and the Party Cell of DreamF Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd. had 10 party members. The Commune Party Committee also announced decisions appointing Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the two Party cells.

Previously, on September 9, the Party Committee of Nong Cong commune worked with Vietnam Kim Shoe Co., Ltd. to grasp the production and business situation and deploy the work of establishing the Party organization. This is a business currently with more than 12,000 employees.

The establishment of two Party cells aims to create a living and training environment for party members, and at the same time strengthen coordination between Party organizations, Trade Unions and businesses in building harmonious and stable labor relations.

On this occasion, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation presented 40 gifts to children of workers in difficult circumstances working at two enterprises.

Previously, on August 28, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Yen Dinh Commune Party Committee and the Trieu Son Commune Party Committee to announce the establishment of two Party cells at enterprises.

Specifically, the Party Cell of Jasan Thanh Hoa Knitting Co., Ltd. was established with 3 party members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Company Trade Union official - was appointed as Secretary of the Party Cell. The Party Cell of Trieu Son Shoe Co., Ltd. was established with 6 party members, Ms. Le Thi Le was appointed as Secretary of the Party Cell.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper about the development of Party organizations in enterprises, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that the development of Party organizations in enterprises, especially non-state sector enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, still faces many difficulties but brings practical values if effectively implemented.

According to Mr. Thanh, establishing Party cells in enterprises with many workers not only creates an environment for workers to train and strive, but also contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The Party Cell will be the nucleus to create an environment for union members and workers to train, arouse aspirations to rise up, expand thinking, cultivate bravery, perfect personality and grow up" - Mr. Thanh emphasized.

Mr. Thanh said that the Party organization needs to operate substantively, linking Party building work with caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and at the same time creating positive values for the production and business activities of enterprises.

In parallel with the establishment of Party cells, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation also focuses on discovering and fostering outstanding trade union members, creating a source for developing party members in enterprises.

On September 13, in Sam Son ward, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Party Committee and Sam Son Political Center to organize the closing ceremony of the Party awareness training class for 68 outstanding trade union officials and members working at enterprises.

This is the first Party awareness training class co-organized by the Provincial Labor Federation for this target group. Students study 5 key topics, and participate in practical research activities.

At the end of the course, 100% of students were granted certificates, including 1 student achieving excellent grade, 52 students achieving excellent grade and 15 students achieving good grade. This activity contributes to creating an excellent mass source for Party organizations to consider, nurture and admit according to regulations.
