VNPT Trade Union surveys happiness index and seminar on employee happiness

According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), in order to implement the Resolution of the 3rd VNPT Trade Union Congress, term 2025–2030 and Plan No. 356/KH-CĐVNPT-TG dated May 14, 2026 on implementing the survey "VNPT Employee Happiness Index" in 2026, the VNPT Trade Union will implement a number of specific contents.

Regarding the implementation of the survey "VNPT Employee Happiness Index" in 2026, the VNPT Trade Union will continue to implement the survey "VNPT Employee Happiness Index" in 2026 throughout the Group. Through this, assess the level of satisfaction and happiness of employees and factors affecting the quality of work, life and relationships.

The survey was conducted online, anonymously, confidentially on the website and VNPT Trade Union app, with 63 criteria belonging to 4 groups of content: Economic - material, employment and income; labor relations and workplace; family - society; personal life.

The survey period is expected from October 1, 2026 to October 15, 2026; the survey subjects are trade union members and VNPT employees.

The survey results are summarized and analyzed according to scientific methods, as a basis for the Group and VNPT Trade Union to assess the current situation, identify issues of concern and propose solutions to improve the happiness of employees in the coming period.

Regarding the organization of a seminar on the happiness of VNPT employees, the VNPT Trade Union plans to organize a seminar "Happiness from ordinary things - stories of VNPT people". The seminar is a space for employees, experts, leaders of the Group and trade union organizations to share and exchange about the factors that create happiness in work and life. Thereby, helping employees understand the meaning of the survey, proactively share opinions; and at the same time provide perspectives and practical stories as a basis for the Group and VNPT Trade Union to research and propose solutions to improve employee happiness.

The time for organizing the seminar is expected to be in the afternoons of October 3rd and 4th, 2026; the form of organization is direct combined with online to VNPT units nationwide and livestream on the VNPT Trade Union Fanpage.
