Son La Provincial Labor Federation coordinates to implement insurance policies
Son La - September 8th, Son La Provincial Labor Federation said that the program in coordination with the provincial Social Insurance to 2030 focuses on protecting workers' rights and increasing insurance coverage.
On the afternoon of September 7, Son La Provincial Labor Federation and Provincial Social Insurance organized a conference to evaluate the results of coordination in the 2021-2025 period and sign a program to coordinate the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies in the 2026-2030 period.
In the period 2021-2025, the two units coordinated to propagate insurance policies at 100% of grassroots trade unions; organized 28 training classes for 2,130 turns of trade union officials, union members, and workers.
Two legal consulting units for more than 356 turns of workers; guiding more than 50,000 turns of union members and workers to install and use VssID and VNeID level 2.
At the same time, coordinate inspection and supervision at 7 units and businesses, contributing to rectify violations and ensure the rights of workers.
In the period 2026-2030, the two units agreed on 6 contents of coordination, focusing on propaganda, policy implementation; inspection and supervision; settlement of complaints and denunciations; initiating lawsuits against violations of the law on social insurance and exchanging information about insurance participating units.
The program aims to expand the coverage of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, protect workers' rights, and contribute to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
