Trade union presents gifts to 10 workers in difficult circumstances in Binh Duong ward

On July 29, a delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation led by Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - visited Hung Kiu Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. (Binh Duong ward) and presented gifts to workers and laborers.

Speaking at the working session, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan highly appreciated the efforts of the company's grassroots trade union in organizing activities to care for workers. Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan hoped that the grassroots trade union would continue to coordinate with businesses to organize good practical activities to care for workers' lives.

At the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union presented 10 gifts (1 million VND each) to workers in difficult circumstances, who had accidents, and suffered from dangerous diseases.

Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan said that these gifts show the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for workers. Thereby, contributing to sharing and encouraging workers to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, feel secure in labor production and be attached to the business for a long time.

Representatives of the Company's grassroots trade union said that the company currently has nearly 800 employees. Workers work and enjoy according to production efficiency, the current income of workers is about 15 million VND/month. The grassroots trade union has also signed collective labor agreements with employers. Thereby reaching agreements on some more contents beneficial to workers.
