Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union Day connects union members and workers

On July 28, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union organized the 2026 Trade Union Day to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).

At the festival, delegates reviewed the glorious 97-year tradition of building and developing the Vietnam Trade Union organization. On this occasion, Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union launched the Trade Union Digital Mailbox, contributing to promoting digital transformation and improving the efficiency of receiving and exchanging information in trade union activities.

The Ward Trade Union also launched the Trade Union Livelihood Club and awarded loan support decisions to 7 union members and workers in difficult circumstances to develop their family economy and stabilize their lives.

At the program, 3 typical enterprise grassroots trade unions were commended, and 6 typical grassroots trade union presidents were commended for their contributions to trade union activities.

In order to promptly encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances, Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union coordinated with Sang Linh Jewelry Company Limited to present 10 gifts.

Within the framework of the Day, the forum "Listening to Workers' Voices" was organized, creating conditions for union members and workers to directly exchange thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations related to employment, wages, social insurance, working conditions and regimes and policies. Opinions were received and answered immediately at the forum.

Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union Day 2026 is a practical activity, contributing to strengthening the connection between the Trade Union organization and union members and workers; and at the same time affirming the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in the new period.
