Each grassroots trade union builds a model to participate in ensuring energy security

One of the striving goals of the Corporation's Trade Union is that 100% of trade union officials, union members and employees are propagated and thoroughly grasped the content of the Resolution; 100% of grassroots trade unions participate in propagating economical and efficient electricity use. Each grassroots trade union will build at least one model to participate in ensuring energy security, and at the same time, every year there are a few initiatives of employees related to electricity saving, reducing power loss, improving operating efficiency and applying digital technology. In addition, the Corporation's Trade Union continues to launch emulation movements "Good labor - High productivity - Good income"; 10,000 initiatives in EVN; Electricity saving - Environmental protection... These movements will encourage officials, union members, and employees to research and propose technical innovation solutions, apply science and technology, develop smart grids and renewable energy.

Trade unions at all levels also proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, coordinate with professional departments to organize retraining, improve vocational skills, digital skills, ensure jobs and benefits for workers when applying new technologies or changing production models.

The Trade Union of Southern Power Corporation promotes digital transformation in trade union activities through building digital Trade Union models and Green Trade Unions. Trade union propaganda work is innovated through communication by infographics, short videos, and online topics, contributing to raising awareness of union members and workers about using energy economically, efficiently, protecting the environment and developing sustainably.
