Commending 425 outstanding workers
Ho Chi Minh City - 425 outstanding union members and workers were commended and rewarded by the grassroots trade union of enterprises.
On July 28, the grassroots Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoe Production Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Uy Viet Shoe Grassroots Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City) announced that it had just organized a ceremony to honor union members and workers who achieved outstanding achievements in labor production in 2026, in response to the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
Attending the honoring ceremony were leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, leaders of the Trade Union Management Working Group of the Export Processing Zone - Ho Chi Minh City Industrial Park; Area Management Working Group No. 5, business leaders and hundreds of union members and workers.
According to Uy Viet Shoe Grassroots Trade Union, this is an annual activity organized by the unit to commend typical collectives and individuals who have constantly strived and been creative, contributing to improving productivity, product quality and building sustainable business development.
Through this, the unit has coordinated with businesses to commend and reward 425 union members and workers who achieved outstanding achievements in labor production in 2026. This is a worthy recognition of the meaningful contributions of the team of workers - those who directly create value and business development.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the honoring ceremony is not only to recognize the contributions of typical individuals but also to spread the spirit of "Each union member is a role model of creative, responsible and dedicated labor", contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
In the coming time, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation hopes that the Executive Committee of Uy Viet Footwear Grassroots Trade Union will continue to promote tradition, innovate content and methods of operation, and take better care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; promote patriotic emulation movements, good labor, creative labor, contributing to building businesses to develop more and more.
It is known that the grassroots Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoe Production Co., Ltd. has nearly 8,600 union members and employees working.
