Dong Nai commends 130 grassroots trade union presidents and direct production workers

Towards the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), on July 26, the Dong Nai City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to commend outstanding grassroots trade union presidents in collective dialogue and negotiation in the period 2023-2025 and outstanding direct production workers in 2026.

At the ceremony, the City Labor Federation commended 130 outstanding grassroots trade union presidents and direct production workers. Among them, 33 outstanding grassroots trade union presidents in collective dialogue and negotiation in the 2023-2025 period and 97 outstanding direct production workers in 2026.

Speaking at the commendation ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), Chairman of the Dong Nai City Labor Federation - emphasized: The examples commended are typical representatives among hundreds of thousands of trade union officials and workers who are dedicatedly contributing day and night in the city. Many trade union officials are always close to union members, proactively dialogue and negotiate effectively with employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Along with that, 97 direct workers have constantly studied, improved their skills, actively created, improved techniques, and applied new technologies, contributing to improving productivity and product quality, benefiting businesses and spreading the spirit of creative labor throughout the city.
