Collecting opinions to consider state-level commendation for collectives and individuals
Based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation and guiding documents for implementation; Considering the proposal of the Golden Heart Charity Fund on submitting for consideration and state-level commendation for collectives and individuals with achievements in ensuring social security and humanitarian charity; to have a basis for reporting to the Emulation and Commendation Council of the General Confederation, the Trade Union Affairs Committee (Standing Agency of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the General Confederation) to inform the list of collectives and individuals proposed for commendation to get opinions from the people, union members and workers.
List of opinions requested for commendation:
I. FIRST-CLASS LABOR MEDAL
1. Golden Heart Charity Social Fund.
II. SECOND-CLASS LABOR MEDAL
1. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper; Vice Chairman of the Management Council of the Golden Heart Charity Fund.
III. PRIME MINISTER CERTIFICATE OF MERIT

1. Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung, Director of the Department of Finance - Planning of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Former Head of the Supervisory Board of the Golden Heart Charity Fund.
