Tay Ninh Trade Union launches emulation movement for high productivity and good income

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, and representatives of trade union levels in the province.

In the first 6 months of 2026, trade union levels in Tay Ninh province have focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on grassroots levels and union members and workers. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers has been deployed synchronously and practically. Many patriotic emulation movements have been effectively organized, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations and promoting the development of the trade union organization.

At the conference, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation deployed the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the period 2026-2031 to arouse the spirit of innovation and creativity among workers, civil servants, and laborers; improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals of the locality.

In addition to evaluating the results of activities, the conference also spent time exchanging and sharing good models and effective ways of doing things; discussing solutions to improve the quality of trade union activities in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized commendations for typical collectives and individuals with many creative initiatives and solutions, excellently completing tasks, and making positive contributions to the workers' movement and trade union activities in 2025.
