15 initiatives that brought billions of VND in profit are proposed for the Creative Labor Medal
Gia Lai - 15 solutions and initiatives have passed the review round and are proposed for the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the Creative Labor Medal in 2025.
On July 22, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized the review of solutions and creative labor initiatives to propose the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the Creative Labor Certificate in 2025.
The Appraisal Council discussed and evaluated 18 solutions and initiatives of 17 authors. Among them, there are 14 solutions and initiatives in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals; 1 solution and initiative in the field of vocational education; 3 solutions and initiatives in the field of mechanical engineering - automation.
After the review process, the Council unanimously proposed that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor award the Creative Labor Certificate in 2025 to 14 authors with 15 solutions and initiatives that met the requirements. 3 solutions and initiatives of 3 authors did not meet the conditions for commendation.
Notably, among the 15 solutions and initiatives selected, there are solutions and initiatives that bring a profit value of more than 7 billion VND/year; many other solutions and initiatives achieve a profit value of over 1 billion VND/year, the lowest being about 400 million VND/year.
Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation - highly appreciated the serious and objective working spirit of the Appraisal Council.
The Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation assigned professional departments to proactively coordinate with relevant departments and branches to review, detect and nurture typical factors with solutions and initiatives. Through this, build the movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" to develop more and more, contributing to completing the targets set by the Provincial Trade Union.
According to the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation, the organization of reviewing and honoring solutions and initiatives aims to arouse the spirit of overcoming difficulties, encouraging union members and workers to promote initiatives, technical improvements, and apply scientific and technological advances to production and work.
At the same time, promptly detect and propose that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour award Creative Labor Certificates to trade union members who have excellent solutions and initiatives, bringing high efficiency and economic and social benefits in agencies, units and localities.
