When discussing the emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" before and now "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income", Ms. Le Thi Tham - Senior Engineer, Product Technology Department No. 1, union member of Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the process from small improvements to great efficiency in the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" has brought many benefits.

With the spirit of "From small improvements to great efficiency", we are always concerned about how to make work more efficient, reduce unnecessary operations but still improve product quality. This thought is supported by the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and creates conditions to turn ideas into reality - Ms. Tham said.

From that reality, employees at the Company research and implement many improvement solutions, in which the reduction of repeated inspection stages on the production line is prominent, contributing to reducing manual operations, optimizing resources and improving labor productivity.

The goal of this activity is to eliminate duplicate inspection stages, not creating added value; reduce manual operations of workers; optimize human resources on the production line; improve productivity and product quality; reduce production costs, and increase the operational efficiency of enterprises.

Thanks to these solutions, Ms. Tham and her colleagues have reduced the number of direct workers on many production lines while still maintaining and even improving productivity and quality. This improvement idea has profited nearly 27 billion VND.

Optimized human resources have helped the Company expand production, increase output, improve business efficiency; and at the same time create conditions to improve income and living standards for employees.

Also exchanging about the emulation movement, from the perspective of Trade Union officials, Mr. Vu Huu Tuyen, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hanoi Transport Corporation, emphasized the companionship with workers in performing production and business tasks through launching emulation movements.

For example, launching a peak emulation movement to respond to the Year of Traffic Safety: "Good labor, creative labor"; "Improving the quality of bus services". Organizing safe bus driving contests, civilized service staff, good operation, skilled repairmen contests. Encouraging initiatives to improve techniques, save fuel, and improve service quality.

One of the key activities in the coming time is launching the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" and "Transerco Initiative Day" to find solutions to improve service quality and save costs associated with the two-digit growth target for the 2026-2031 period of the Central Government and the City...

The emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" launched immediately after the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress was very timely and very meaningful, contributing to arousing the spirit of creativity, self-reliance and self-strengthening as well as the responsibility of workers; at the same time creating motivation to improve productivity, improve income, welfare and working conditions, thereby harmonizing interests between the State, businesses and workers, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the country.

The widespread deployment of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, promoting workers to strive to study, research, innovate, and strongly apply science and technology to production and work, contributing to creating breakthroughs in improving labor productivity and implementing the goal of double-digit growth.

Launching the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" associated with the "3 savings" campaign with the motto "Good Labor" is the foundation, "High Productivity" is the requirement, "Good Income" is the result to aim for. "3 savings" is the content of a new management method to increase value and enhance the competitiveness of the economy.

In fact, more than a month since its launch, the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" has begun to enter life, becoming a basis for workers to be motivated to contribute to businesses and increase their own income.
