Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union dialogues with union members and workers

On July 25, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union organized the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026 with the participation of representatives of 14 grassroots trade unions and nearly 2,700 union members in the area.

At the forum, union members and workers frankly dialogued, shared their thoughts, aspirations and proposed many issues related to salaries, social insurance, labor safety, working conditions, welfare regimes and trade union activities.

The survey results of 234 union members showed that the majority of workers want businesses to pay more attention to income, improve working conditions and strengthen the care activities of the Trade Union organization. These are important factors to help workers feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time.

Speaking at the forum, leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union received opinions, proposals, and recommendations from union members and workers; and affirmed that they will continue to coordinate with agencies, units and businesses to promptly resolve recommendations under their authority, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 10 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and 13 gifts to children of union members who overcame difficulties and studied well, encouraging families to continue to strive to rise up in labor, study and life.
