Grassroots trade unions in Da Nang organize periodic dialogues with workers

News from Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 6 said: The grassroots trade union of Sedo Vinako Company (under Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union) organized a periodic dialogue program between the company's Board of Directors and the Workers' Collective Representative Dialogue Group to strengthen exchanges, listen and promptly resolve issues related to the rights and interests of workers.

At the dialogue, representatives of the collective of workers frankly raised their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals related to working conditions, regimes, policies and issues arising during the working process.

The Board of Directors and leaders of departments and divisions directly listened to and answered opinions in a spirit of openness, democracy and constructiveness.

Through dialogue, many contents were exchanged and clarified, contributing to strengthening understanding, creating consensus between employers and employees, and at the same time strengthening harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

Representatives of Sedo Vinako Company affirmed that they will continue to maintain periodic dialogues, listen to workers' opinions, constantly improve the working environment, ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and aim for the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Workplace dialogue is an activity of exchanging information, consulting, and discussing between employers and employees or employee representative organizations on issues related to the rights, interests and concerns of all parties, thereby strengthening cooperation and jointly seeking solutions that bring harmonious benefits to businesses and employees.
