Another grassroots trade union established in Da Nang

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on July 5th said: The City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to admit union members and announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Cong II Paper Joint Stock Company with 29 union members.

At the ceremony, the City Labor Federation announced decisions to admit union members, establish grassroots trade unions and appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong II Paper Joint Stock Company; and presented decisions to representatives of union members and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks congratulated the Executive Committee and trade union members.

At the same time, it is proposed that grassroots trade unions soon develop operating regulations, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; strengthen coordination with businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Representatives of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union spoke to receive the task, expressing their determination to unite, be responsible, and build the Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong, becoming a reliable support for union members and workers.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Cong II Paper Joint Stock Company contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in the enterprise, improving the effectiveness of caring for, representing, and protecting employees, and at the same time building harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
