Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union, Da Nang supervises the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations

News from the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City on July 20th said: The Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward has organized a delegation to supervise the implementation of the Democracy Regulation at the grassroots level and compliance with labor laws at a number of enterprises in the ward.

This is an activity to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Democracy Regulation at the grassroots level, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and at the same time strengthening the compliance with labor law regulations in enterprises.

The supervisory delegation focused on inspecting and evaluating the implementation of the provisions of the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level, the Trade Union Law, the Labor Code and related documents; the organization of dialogues at the workplace, employee conferences; building and implementing collective labor agreements and policies for employees.

At the same time, supervise the implementation of Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP of the Government on detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Trade Union Law on trade union finance.

Monitoring shows that the majority of businesses have paid attention to well implementing legal regulations, maintaining periodic dialogues between employers and employees. The working environment is basically guaranteed to be safe, and labor relations at units are stable, harmonious and progressive.

Besides the achieved results, the Supervisory Delegation also pointed out some contents that need to be further overcome such as: updating and supplementing internal regulations and rules according to new legal regulations; improving the quality of organizing employee conferences; strengthening public disclosure of regimes and policies related to employees; complying with trade union dues.

At the working session, the Supervisory Delegation exchanged and guided businesses on the contents to be implemented, and at the same time requested units to fully implement the provisions of law on labor, trade unions and social insurance, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

It is known that, according to the plan, the Ward Trade Union will supervise 15 businesses.

Through this, promptly grasp the situation of law enforcement at enterprises, detect difficulties and obstacles to propose and guide their removal.

At the same time, raising awareness and responsibility of employers in building sustainable business development, better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
