Ha Tinh enterprises dialogue with workers about jobs and income

On July 20, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots Trade Union of Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company coordinated to organize the "Trade Union members and workers speak" program associated with the Conference to summarize Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of 2026.

In the context of many difficulties, the company still maintains stable production and business, achieving revenue of 135.8 billion VND, ensuring jobs for 439 workers with an average income of about 10 million VND/person/month. The enterprise also invested nearly 10 billion VND to build a new processing facility in Mai Hoa commune, expected to create jobs for 80-100 local workers.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Tang Thi Linh Chi, Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Company's Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and all workers in overcoming difficulties, maintaining production, taking care of workers' lives and building harmonious and stable labor relations.

The comrade requested the Trade Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; accompany businesses to build a civilized, safe and sustainable working environment.

At the program, business leaders and union members and workers had frank and open dialogues. Many opinions and recommendations related to employment, income, working conditions, occupational safety and health and welfare regimes were directly exchanged and answered by company leaders; and committed to continue to coordinate with the Trade Union to promptly resolve legitimate recommendations of workers.

The program "Union members and workers speak" contributes to creating a forum for workers to express their thoughts and aspirations, strengthen the companionship between businesses and workers, towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
