Improving regimes and welfare for union members
LG Innotek Co., Ltd. (Trang Due Industrial Park) currently has about 5,500 employees. According to representatives of the grassroots trade union, through quarterly periodic dialogue programs, the Trade Union has negotiated with the company to improve the quality of meals for officials and employees, strengthen activities to reward and improve production in the factory, and organize events to promote working spirit and create motivation for employees.
Thanks to dialogue and negotiation, workers are increased in attendance allowance from 200,000 VND/month to 250,000 VND/month, rewarded with 3 million VND/person when achieving the set production goals; and at the same time rewarded in cash to union members from 300,000 - 500,000 VND/person for individuals who achieve daily, weekly output and according to the set goals of the department. In 2026, the company will continue to adjust to increase the meal allowance from 30,000 VND to 32,000 VND/portion...

Every year, before the salary adjustment period, the Executive Committee proactively gathers opinions, data, and advises the Board of Directors to adjust salaries, allowances, and bonuses in a direction that is more beneficial to employees. Thanks to this, 100% of employees receive annual salary increases, with an average increase of 7.3%; the input salary is 19.6% higher than the regional minimum wage.
Workers enjoy many higher welfare benefits than the law (overtime meals 30,000 VND/portion, health insurance 50-80 million VND/person/year, allowance for young children 100,000 VND/child until the age of 18, increasing the number of annual days off from 95 days to 98 days...).
According to the Trade Union Committee of Hai Phong Industrial Park, grassroots trade union clubs in the area also share and exchange experiences in dialogue and negotiation, with the core goal of improving the lives of workers.
Regarding salary negotiations in 2026, trade union clubs in the West negotiated an average salary of 5.2 million VND/person/month to nearly 5.8 million VND/person/month, equivalent to an increase of 11.5%; units in the East negotiated an average basic salary increase of 6.9%, reaching about 6.3 million VND/person/month...
Connecting workers - trade unions - businesses
From now to 2030, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation strives for 100% of agencies, administrative and non-business units and 85% of non-state enterprises to implement democracy regulations; 100% of enterprises with grassroots trade unions organize periodic dialogues and unexpected dialogues when necessary. 85% of enterprises negotiate and sign collective labor agreements with 65% of copies reaching type B or higher.
Through dialogue and collective bargaining, many policies on salaries, income, welfare and working conditions have been continuously improved, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises in Hai Phong.

Representatives of the Trade Union of MVP Kyocera Co., Ltd. said that annual periodic dialogues take place in an open atmosphere.
On average, 8-10 opinions are answered in each dialogue, focusing on issues such as salaries, bonuses, welfare regimes, improving the working environment, related activities; production and business plans, orders, business development directions...
The content of the dialogue is recorded in minutes, publicly announced to employees throughout the company; and is monitored by professional departments for implementation progress and improvement; the implementation results will be announced in the next dialogue session.
The company also organizes unexpected dialogues when hot issues, urgent issues directly related to workers' rights or the business's production situation arise.
Thanks to doing a good job of periodic and unscheduled dialogue, workers' questions and recommendations are reflected and answered promptly; workers accompany and share with businesses, completing well in terms of quality and output, and producing on schedule for exports. Business leaders, officials and workers have built close and harmonious relationships.
