Organizing Trade Union Meals to connect workers in Da Nang

Commemorating the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Nui Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors organized the "Trade Union Meal" and "Heather Cooling - Caring for Workers" programs in 2026 for 240 union members and workers.

The program took place in a joyful and warm atmosphere, showing the concern of businesses and trade unions for the material and spiritual life of workers, especially in hot weather conditions.

Not only bringing well-prepared meals, the program also creates an opportunity for business leaders, trade union officials and workers to meet, exchange, and share in a friendly atmosphere. Through this, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union directly visit, listen to thoughts, aspirations, encourage and acknowledge the efforts of workers in the production process.

Over the past time, the coordination between the Board of Directors and the grassroots trade union has been maintained through propaganda, dialogue and care for union members. The grassroots trade union promotes its role as a bridge, regularly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers; promptly reflects and proposes content related to employment, income and working conditions.

On the business side, the Board of Directors always pays attention to listening, coordinating with the trade union to implement activities suitable to the actual situation. The companionship and sharing between the two sides contribute to creating consensus in the collective, helping employees feel secure in working and attached to the business.

The program is organized safely, practically, economically, and has received positive responses from union members and workers. The activity continues to contribute to consolidating trust, strengthening the connection between workers and businesses and trade union organizations, building a stable, harmonious and sustainable working environment at Nui Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company.
