Union meal unites workers at THN Automotive Systems Vietnam Company
Thanh Hoa - "Trade Union Meal" at THN Automotive Systems Vietnam Co., Ltd. contributes to caring for and connecting nearly 900 union members and workers.
On July 27, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of THN Automotive Systems Vietnam Co., Ltd. has just organized the "Trade Union Meal" program to care for and connect union members and workers.
The program is organized at the company's canteen with the participation of nearly 900 union members and workers. Each meal is worth 77,000 VND/person, including 27,000 VND for daily meals, 20,000 VND from grassroots trade union funds and 30,000 VND supported by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
The program is an opportunity for the Trade Union organization and the company's leadership to show concern and sharing with employees, contributing to creating more motivation for union members to feel secure in working and attached to the business.
Through activities, the Trade Union of THN Automotive Systems Vietnam Co., Ltd. continues to perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
