Ho Chi Minh City - The program "Green sprouts of Trade Unions - Steadfastly Moving Forward" equips self-protection skills, prevents child abuse and cares for children of union members in difficult circumstances.

The program to propagate self-protection skills, prevent child abuse and care for children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in 2026 with the theme "Green sprouts of the Trade Union - Steadfastly moving towards the future" organized by Area Management Working Group No. 7 aims to raise awareness, equip children with necessary skills, and at the same time show the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members, workers and children in difficult circumstances.

Attending the program were Comrade Dang Trung Dung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; Comrade Huynh Van Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Head of Area Management Working Group No. 7, along with representatives of Trade Unions of wards, communes, grassroots Trade Unions, parents and children.

At the program, students participated in the topic "Self-protection skills and prevention and control of child abuse", with many practical contents such as identifying abuse behaviors, skills to respond to dangerous situations, how to seek support from families, schools and functional agencies. The activity is organized in the form of exchange and interaction, helping students easily access knowledge and apply it in practice.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented many meaningful gifts to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging them to continue to strive to study, train and develop comprehensively.
