Trade Union meal connects nearly 700 workers at a business in Lao Cai

On July 25, Tran Yen Commune Trade Union informed that, towards the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the unit has coordinated with businesses to organize "Trade Union Meals" at the following units: Grassroots Trade Union of Hoa Yen Livestock Co., Ltd. (75 union members, workers), Grassroots Trade Union of Vina KNF International Co., Ltd. (560 union members, workers); Grassroots Trade Union of Tran Binh Co., Ltd. - Yen Bai (60 union members, workers).

Before the program took place, leaders of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation and Tran Yen Commune Trade Union grasped the situation of production, business, employment and care for workers' lives.

Business representatives said they will continue to invest in improving the working environment, improving the quality of lunch meals, and fully implementing regimes and policies for employees.

At the same time, he hoped that the locality would support connecting and recruiting human resources to meet the needs of expanding production in the coming time.

Leaders of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation requested businesses to continue to improve the quality of lunch meals, improve working conditions, promote emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, contributing to building a safe, stable and sustainable working environment.

On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation awarded 8 support packages to 8 union members suffering from critical illnesses; Tran Yen Commune Trade Union awarded 5 gifts to 5 union members in difficult circumstances.

Through the program, the trade union organization continues to affirm its role in accompanying and caring for the lives of union members and workers.
