Cao Bang Trade Union listens to union members' opinions

On July 26, the grassroots Trade Union of Cao Bang Construction Material Production Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation and Provincial Social Insurance to organize a conference to propagate social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies and the program "Listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026.

Activities in response to "Month of listening to union members and workers speak", and also towards the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).

Attending the conference were Ms. Hoang Thi Lam - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Ngoc Van Phan - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; representatives of businesses and a large number of union members and workers.

At the conference, union members and workers were informed of new points of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies and directly exchanged with business leaders on issues related to employment, income, working conditions, investment in machinery, labor protection equipment as well as training and skills improvement.

The opinions and recommendations of employees were received and answered by business leaders right at the conference in a spirit of receptiveness and responsibility, contributing to strengthening dialogue and building a harmonious and stable working environment.

The new point of this year's program is the implementation of collecting opinions from union members and workers through electronic survey forms using QR codes.

This form contributes to promoting digital transformation in trade union activities, expanding the channel to receive feedback and recommendations from workers in a fast, convenient and widely responded way.

On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Board of Directors and the Company's grassroots Trade Union to present 16 gifts to union members and workers who have contributed to the revolution, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs, expressing the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude".

Through the conference, the trade union organization continues to affirm its role in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time strengthen dialogue at enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
