Grassroots Trade Union organizes conference "Month of listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union reported on the results of summarizing opinions of union members and workers through online survey forms and direct feedback channels.

Through summarizing, the grassroots Trade Union received 5 opinions and recommendations focusing on regimes, policies, professional training and fostering, and the implementation of current regulations.

Opinions were directly answered by hospital leaders, grassroots Trade Union Chairmen and representatives of departments and professional divisions, helping union members and workers better understand the regulations, and at the same time create consensus in the implementation process.

The conference is a forum for union members and workers to express their thoughts, aspirations, proposals, and recommendations; contributing to strengthening dialogue and building a democratic and united working environment. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of coordination between the Board of Directors and the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
