Amidst the intense hot days of the peak months of the 2026 dry season, when electricity demand increases and the pressure to ensure the operation of units is always at the highest level, hundreds of officials and employees of Mong Duong Thermal Power Company are still diligently working at production locations on the construction site, maintaining electricity flow to serve socio-economic development and people's lives.

Accompanying workers in each production position, the Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union always pay special attention to working conditions, health and life of the direct production team.

In which, the Company's Board of Directors has directed units to strengthen solutions to improve working conditions, ensure occupational safety and health, and take care of workers' health.

Mr. Tran Dang Toan - Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of the Company - and comrades in the Trade Union Executive Committee directly went to workshops, operating teams, and production teams to visit, encourage and give meaningful gifts to workers who are sticking to machines day and night, sticking to the scene, contributing to ensuring safe, stable and continuous operation of units.

At the visiting locations, Mr. Tran Dang Toan acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility, dedication and efforts to overcome difficulties of the collective of officials and employees directly working at the scene. At the same time, he emphasized that the production and business results of the Company in the past time have had an important contribution from the team of direct production workers - those who always silently contribute, overcome harsh working conditions to maintain safe and stable electricity flow for the national power system.

The gifts given directly to employees, although not of great material value, contain deep concern, sharing and responsibility of the Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union towards employees. This is a practical source of encouragement to help officials and employees feel more secure in their work, raise their awareness of health preservation, promote the spirit of responsibility and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks.
