Vietnam Construction Trade Union encourages workers to work in the hot sun

On June 28, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to collectives and individuals of workers working in hot weather conditions in the aircraft parking area of Phu Cat Airport.

At the visit, leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union kindly shared the hardships and difficulties of officials and employees who are day and night sticking to their working positions, contributing to ensuring safe, smooth and effective exploitation activities at the unit. The gifts, although not large in terms of material, contain the feelings, concern and spirit of companionship of the Trade Union organization towards workers.

This is also a timely source of encouragement, adding strength for officials and employees to feel secure in their work, overcome harsh weather conditions, and continue to complete assigned tasks well. Visiting and caring for the lives of workers in the hot season not only shows the responsibility of the Trade Union organization, but also spreads the spirit of sharing and solidarity, contributing to building a humane, safe and sustainable working environment at the unit.
