Recreating the heroic fighting years of generations of Vietnamese youth
Towards the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27), on the evening of July 25, the art program "Legends of Youth" took place at the Vietnam Women's Museum.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended the program.
Also attending were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Vietnam Women's Union, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union; along with leaders of departments, agencies and officials of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions.
The program is a practical activity to show gratitude to heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and people with meritorious services to the revolution; and at the same time contribute to educating patriotism, arousing gratitude and responsibility of today's generations for the great sacrifices of our forefathers for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Through special art performances, the program recreates the heroic fighting years, the contributions and sacrifices of generations of Vietnamese youth in the resistance wars, thereby spreading the values of patriotism, dedication and the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude".
The program "Legends of Youth" is a cultural activity rich in humanistic meaning on the occasion of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day July 27, contributing to fostering national pride, educating revolutionary traditions and arousing the aspiration to contribute to the development of the country.
