Dien Ban Ward Trade Union, Da Nang takes care of union members in difficult circumstances on July 28th
Da Nang - Commemorating the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
To celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2026), the Dien Ban Ward Trade Union organized a program to review the glorious traditions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization, propagate the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and present gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
At the program, officials and union members reviewed the 97-year journey of building and developing the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Thereby affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and at the same time recognizing the contributions of the Trade Union organization to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
The organizing committee also screened a video to promote the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, helping officials and union members grasp the key goals and tasks and breakthroughs of the new term. The activity contributes to raising awareness, spirit of innovation and operational efficiency of grassroots trade unions.
On this occasion, Dien Ban Ward Trade Union presented 70 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. These gifts show the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization, contributing to encouraging union members to overcome difficulties, feel secure in their work and stick with the unit.
The program not only carries the meaning of gratitude to tradition but also spreads the spirit of solidarity and sharing among union members and workers. The activity continues to affirm the companion role of the Trade Union organization in caring for union members' lives, creating motivation for labor emulation, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
