Da Nang workers get more joy from Trade Union Meals
Da Nang - Trade Union meals are organized at 2 businesses with improved quality menus, contributing to caring for workers.
On July 29, the grassroots Trade Union of Asia Architecture and Trading Co., Ltd. in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Long Packaging Co., Ltd. organized the program "Trade Union Meal" for union members and workers to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
This is an activity implemented according to the guidance of the City Labor Federation to strengthen the work of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tri - Chairman of the Trade Union of Asia Architecture and Trading Co., Ltd. - said that the Company's grassroots Trade Union has coordinated with the company's leaders to launch many emulation movements, paying attention to caring for material and spiritual life. Supervising the implementation of regimes and policies for union members and employees, contributing to improving labor productivity at the company.
The "Trade Union Meal" program has financial support from the upper-level trade union with additional and changed meals more than daily meals with the desire that union members and workers have a better meal, ensuring nutritional quality and food safety and hygiene.
This is also an opportunity for workers, trade union organizations and business leaders to sit together, chat, share, confide, and create an atmosphere of solidarity and love together," Mr. Tri said.
On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation supported 30,000 VND for each meal, with a total budget of 9.6 million VND for the Trade Union of Asia Architecture and Trading Co., Ltd. and 3.9 million VND for the Trade Union of Tan Long Packaging Co., Ltd.
Also in the program, the City Labor Federation presented 25 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at two enterprises, encouraging workers to continue to overcome difficulties, strive to work, produce and be attached to the enterprise for a long time.
