Dak Lak workers and laborers prepare for dialogue with provincial leaders

On September 3, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit has planned to organize meetings and dialogues between Dak Lak provincial leaders and workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union officials in 2026.

It is expected that on September 18, Dak Lak provincial leaders will have a meeting and direct dialogue with workers, civil servants, laborers (CNVCLĐ) and trade union officials. Through this, listen to thoughts, aspirations, and remove difficulties and obstacles related to employment, income, regimes, policies and labor relations.

The program is expected to have 130 delegates who are workers, laborers and grassroots trade union officials representing all types of enterprises; representatives of leaders of 20 enterprises with trade union organizations and representatives of departments, agencies, branches, agencies, and related units.

Mr. Le Van Thanh, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, said that the dialogue content will focus on the situation of life, employment and the implementation of regimes and policies for workers and employees.

In which, difficulties and obstacles related to salaries, income, employment, social insurance, health insurance and related policies will be discussed...

According to Mr. Thanh, issues related to Trade Union activities, union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions, care for and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers are also the key contents of the dialogue.

For businesses, the program will focus on difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities related to employees and labor relations.

At the same time, union members, CNVCLĐ and trade union officials will have the opportunity to directly express their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations, and proposals to the Party Committee, government and functional agencies of the province.
