Supporting female trade union officials in Phu Tho industrial parks
Phu Tho - Seminar organized by the Provincial Labor Federation creates a space to share experiences and remove arising situations for female trade union officials in work and life.
On October 17, Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation organized a seminar "Female Trade Union Officials of Phu Tho Industrial Park: Good at business - Stable in Trade Union - Keeping the fire of happiness", on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026) and the 16th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 2010 - October 20, 2026).
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Trade Union of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City; Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union, along with representatives of professional departments, businesses and 200 grassroots trade union officials, typical female trade union officials in industrial parks in Phu Tho province.
Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Khong Son Thanh sent congratulations and gratitude to the team of female officials and union members; and acknowledged the persistent contributions of the women in production, business and work to care for the lives of workers.

According to Mr. Khong Son Thanh, in an industrial environment with schedule pressure and shift work, female trade union officials often have to take on many roles at the same time.
Not only completing professional work, they are also a bridge between workers and businesses, listening to thoughts and recommendations, participating in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
These efforts are of great significance in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises, contributing to strengthening workers' trust in the trade union organization.
Recognizing those contributions, the Organizing Committee presented 160 gifts to female trade union officials who have been attached to and achieved outstanding achievements in the women's trade union movement for many years.

The highlight of the program is the seminar and exchange with real-life stories from trade union activities at factories and production workshops.
Instead of summary reports, delegates shared experiences in handling situations, how to listen to union members' thoughts and find common ground with employers.
Besides tasks at enterprises and trade union activities, the story of balancing work and family is also receiving much attention.
For female trade union officials, maintaining a spirit of confidence, bravery, love and happiness is not only the desire of each individual but also a condition to maintain energy and dedication in work.

The exchange and handling of real-life situations created an open atmosphere, attracting the participation of delegates.
Issues such as supporting female workers facing psychological stress due to overtime, or mobilizing family members to share housework, are discussed from many perspectives.
Through this, female trade union officials have more opportunities to learn from experience, supplement communication skills, negotiate and support union members...
