On September 27, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a Conference "The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation listens to the opinions of grassroots trade union officials".
At the conference, grassroots Trade Union officials at enterprises shared difficulties and obstacles in propaganda, union member gathering, cabin operation organization, operating expenses, digital transformation, Trade Union nghiệp vụ, regimes, policies and coordination with employers.
Professional departments of the Provincial Labor Federation directly exchange and answer recommendations and difficulties of grassroots Trade Union officials; and at the same time guide content related to Trade Union activities, helping grassroots Trade Unions remove difficulties arising in practice.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation proposed that professional departments of the Provincial Labor Federation continue to strengthen guidance and support for grassroots trade unions; proactively grasp difficulties and obstacles from the grassroots level to promptly advise and remove them.
Through the conference, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation continued to strengthen dialogue and listen to opinions from the grassroots level, thereby improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities and better caring for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
