News from Dai Loc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on October 25 said: Dai Loc Commune Trade Union coordinates with socio-political organizations to organize a dialogue conference between heads of Party committees and authorities and members and union members of socio-political organizations in 2026.

The conference is an opportunity for union members and association members to directly express their thoughts, aspirations, and reflect difficulties and obstacles in the process of studying, working, producing and living; and at the same time propose solutions related to Party building, government, socio-economic development and implementation of social security policies in the locality.

Through dialogue, the heads of Party committees and authorities have the conditions to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and association members, promptly answer issues under their authority, and receive legitimate recommendations for consideration and resolution.

Thereby, contributing to promoting democracy at the grassroots level, strengthening the close relationship between Party committees, authorities and people, and improving the operational efficiency of socio-political organizations.

Coordinating the organization of dialogue conferences also contributes to promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; creating consensus in the process of implementing socio-economic development tasks in the locality.
