News from the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang city on October 15 said: The Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ngu Hanh Son ward organized a dialogue conference between the heads of the ward Party Committee and government with businesses and employees in 2026.

This is a forum to listen - share - remove obstacles and accompany businesses and workers.

Ms. Mai Thi Anh Hong - City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council and Mr. Dang Van Ky - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, Ngu Hanh Son Ward People's Committee informed about some results of implementing socio-economic development tasks in the first 9 months of 2026.

Accordingly, Ngu Hanh Son ward has focused on directing, operating, and proactively implementing tasks according to the set program and plan; ensuring smooth, effective, and efficient state management activities.

The socio-economic situation in the area is basically stable; trade, services, and tourism continue to develop; urban management, land, natural resources - environment and site clearance are focused on directing.

Social security policies are implemented fully and promptly; administrative reform and digital transformation have many positive changes; national defense - security, social order and safety are maintained.

Proposal for administrative procedure reform

Prominent is budget revenue collection, as of September 30, total budget revenue in the area (excluding supplementary revenue) was 5,565 billion/5,795 billion VND, reaching 96% of the assigned estimate.

In which: The revenue managed by Base 3 Tax is 1,553 billion/1,578 billion VND, reaching 98.44%; local budget revenue is 989 billion/824 billion VND, reaching over 120%. Achieving that result has a significant contribution from businesses based in the ward.

With a frank and open spirit, representatives of businesses and workers raised many recommendations related to administrative procedure reform, production and business support, human resource training, employment, income, insurance, occupational safety and health, housing and workers' lives, digital transformation, environment and security and order.

Representatives of agencies and units have answered the contents under their authority.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Mai Thi Anh Hong received opinions and recommendations from businesses and workers.

Ms. Anh Hong said that the Party Committee and local authorities will continue to have specific and clear plans to implement and resolve the recommendations raised by businesses, creating conditions for businesses to operate effectively.

Through this, it is hoped that businesses and employers will well implement grassroots democracy regulations; requesting the Ward Trade Union and the Ward Business Association to promote the role of a bridge between the government, trade union organizations, and businesses to pay attention to and implement regimes and policies related to employees, in order to ensure the rights of employees.
