Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union dialogues and shares with workers

On October 2nd, according to the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward, Gia Lai province, determining that caring for the lives of union members and workers is a regular task, the Ward Trade Union focuses on implementing practical support activities, and at the same time strengthens propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State to union members and workers.

By the end of September 2026, the whole ward has 1,913 union members, developing an additional 294 union members, reaching 108% of the annual target.

Propaganda and dissemination of guidelines, policies, and laws were deployed to 1,837 union members and workers, reaching 119% of the target.

872 workers were mobilized to study and improve their qualifications and professional skills, reaching 110% of the target.

The activities "Trade Union Meals", health check-ups, culture - arts, sports, visiting union members in difficult circumstances... continue to be maintained, contributing to caring for material and spiritual life, creating cohesion between union members and workers with the Trade Union organization.

Along with caring for union members, the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union focuses on guiding and urging the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; organizing employee conferences and dialogues at the workplace.

To date, 30/32 enterprises with qualified Trade Union organizations have negotiated and signed collective labor agreements, reaching 93.8%.

Through dialogue activities, issues directly related to employment, income, working conditions and the rights of workers are exchanged and resolved appropriately.

Thereby, contributing to strengthening consensus, respect and cooperation between workers and employers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
