In that context, the most important thing is not only that each agency completes its tasks well, but also to know how to coordinate, share responsibilities and jointly solve problems raised from real life. Mr. Do Tran Thinh expressed his wish that after today's conference, coordination should not only stop at exchanging documents, organizing conferences or providing information, but must go into specific and practical issues.

First, coordinate to propagate and disseminate policies and laws to union members, workers and businesses; help workers understand their rights, know their responsibilities, know how to protect themselves and comply well with the law.

Second, coordinate to grasp the situation of labor relations, promptly detect and remove difficulties and obstacles arising at the grassroots level; especially issues related to salaries, insurance, employment, working conditions, labor disputes and the rights of employees.

Third, strengthen supervision, criticism, inspection, and examination according to the functions and tasks of each agency; promote the role of the Trade Union organization in participating in building policies and laws, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Fourth, build a mechanism for exchanging information and coordinating work quickly, with clear responsibilities and clear focal points, avoiding the situation where people's and workers' work is transferred back and forth or slow to be resolved just because of the lack of connection between agencies.
