An Giang Trade Union organizes online contest to learn about laws on drug prevention and control
An Giang - The contest is for trade union officials, union members, and workers in the province, including industry and central trade unions located in the area.
An Giang Provincial Labor Federation has just launched the online contest "Understanding the law on drug prevention and control" among union members and workers (NLĐ) in 2026, aiming to raise awareness, law compliance awareness and proactive drug prevention skills in the workplace and in the community.
The contest is for trade union officials, union members, and workers working in agencies, units, and businesses in the province, including industry trade unions and central trade unions located in the area.
The contest is organized in the form of online quizzes, expected to take place from October 12 to November 12, 2020. Each participant answers 20 main questions and 1 sub-question in 10 minutes. Questions are randomly selected from a bank of 100-150 questions, focusing on the new regulations of the 2025 Law on Drug Prevention and Control and guiding documents for implementation.
The exam content revolves around knowledge about drugs, precursors; identifying new types of drugs, "disguised" drugs; methods and tricks to lure and entice illegal drug use; rights, obligations and responsibilities of individuals, families, agencies, organizations, and businesses in drug prevention and control.
Notably, the Organizing Committee focuses on building situational questions related to life, workplaces, industrial parks, boarding houses and the online environment. Through this, union members and workers can identify risks, know how to handle situations related to drugs in advance and proactively inform and denounce violations.
The contest has 39 individual prizes, including 1 First Prize, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 30 Consolation Prizes.
Through the contest, the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation contributes to innovating methods of propaganda, dissemination, and legal education; raising awareness of drug prevention and promoting the role of trade union organizations in building a safe and healthy working environment.
