Vinh Phu ward mobilizes to establish a Trade Union organization at enterprises
Nghe An - Vinh Phu Ward mobilizes the establishment of grassroots trade unions at 2 enterprises to expand mass organizations in the private economic sector.
On October 31st, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Vinh Phu Ward delegation had just worked with Dung Lap International Trading Joint Stock Company and TVC Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. to propagate and mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions and Youth Union branches at enterprises.
At the working session, the working delegation propagated the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time emphasized the role of the Youth Union in gathering and uniting young people, promoting the spirit of pioneering and creativity. Thereby, mobilizing business leaders to pay attention, coordinate and create conditions to establish mass organizations at units.
Through exchanges, the parties agreed to continue to coordinate the implementation of related contents, towards establishing grassroots trade unions and Youth Union branches at 2 enterprises, contributing to gathering workers, youth and developing union members in the area.
The activity is implemented according to Plan No. 136 dated October 5, 2026 of Vinh Phu Ward Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 12 dated August 19, 2026 of the Secretariat on innovating and improving the quality of Party building work in the private economic sector.
Through propaganda and mobilization activities, Vinh Phu ward aims to expand the Trade Union and Youth Union organizations in enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, and promoting the development of enterprises and localities.
