Building a staffing plan for the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation for the period 2027 - 2031

On October 28, at the headquarters of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province organized a working conference on reviewing and completing job positions, determining human resource needs and developing staffing plans for the 2027 - 2031 period of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation.
Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province chaired the conference.
Also attending were Ms. Do Thi Hien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation; officials, civil servants, laborers of the Provincial Labor Federation and representatives of professional departments under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
This conference focused on assessing the current situation and progress of reviewing job positions; exchanging and clarifying difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.
At the same time, discuss and propose plans to determine human resource needs and arrange staff according to the functions, tasks and operating requirements of the trade union organization in the period 2027 - 2031.
