Occupational safety and hygiene training for officials and employees
Hanoi - Officials, employees, and workers of Tay Do Environment Joint Stock Company are trained in occupational safety and health from October 26th to November 5th.
According to the Phu Thuong Ward Trade Union, Tay Do Environment Joint Stock Company organized 10 occupational safety and health training classes in 2026 for officials, employees and 220 workers.
With the specific nature of work often outdoors, exposed to dust, sharp objects and high traffic density, the Company's employees face many risks affecting their health and lives. Therefore, safety training is not only a requirement to be implemented, but also a practical task for each person to know how to recognize risks, prevent accidents and protect themselves during work.
Faced with that reality, the Company has proactively developed a training plan right from the beginning of the year to organizing methodical and practical classes. Through the training class, officials, employees, and workers are guided, focusing on new policies, laws and regulations; occupational safety and health at the enterprise; answering practical problems. Students will also participate in tests, examinations and be granted Certificates after training according to the program.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Duyen, Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, the coordination between the Trade Union and the Company is very important in propagating and mobilizing union members and workers to comply with safety procedures; listening to and grasping thoughts and recommendations on working conditions and protective equipment. Through this, the Trade Union performs the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; contributing to bringing safety regulations into daily work practice.
This activity is accompanied by the Phu Thuong Ward Trade Union with the Company's Trade Union, thereby continuing to strengthen the connection between the trade union organization and the grassroots level and employees. That coordination contributes to ensuring safety work is concerned from policy to each job position, so that each employee is equipped with knowledge, listened to and better protected.
