Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union mobilizes to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions

On October 27th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union had just organized working delegations to visit, work and conduct field surveys at enterprises in industrial clusters in the area.

At the working sessions, representatives of the Commune Trade Union grasped the production and business situation of the enterprise, and at the same time learned about the lives and jobs of workers. Through this, they propagated about the position, role, and function of the Vietnam Trade Union organization; mobilized business leaders to pay attention, coordinate and create conditions to establish grassroots trade unions.

Through this activity, Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union aims to strengthen links with businesses, raise awareness about the Trade Union organization, and create conditions for workers to participate in representative organizations, protecting their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.

In the coming time, Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union will continue to promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, accompanying businesses in the development process.
