Launching grassroots trade union with 78 union members in Mong Cai 1 ward
Quang Ninh - On October 28th, Mong Cai 1 Ward Trade Union organized the launch of the grassroots Trade Union of Long Beach Co Tea Co., Ltd. TQH.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation; Party Committee, People's Council of Mong Cai 1 ward.
Implementing the program to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions under the direction of the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation and the Party Committee of Mong Cai 1 Ward, in the past time, the Ward Trade Union has coordinated with functional agencies and localities to review the business situation; propagate and mobilize workers to participate in the Trade Union organization.
After appraising the process of establishing and the results of the Grassroots Trade Union Congress, the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation issued a decision recognizing the Grassroots Trade Union and the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of term I, term 2026–2030.
The grassroots trade union of Long Beach Tea Co., Ltd. TQH has 78 union members.
Since the beginning of the year, Mong Cai 1 Ward Trade Union has developed 7 grassroots trade unions, including 6 grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises, exceeding the target set by the Ward Party Committee Resolution.
Currently, the Ward Trade Union is monitoring and managing 71 grassroots trade unions with 6,814 union members.
