VNPT Trade Union coordinates to issue many welfare policies for union members and families

The Corporation and VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) have just issued policies for employees and relatives (children, spouses, parents-in-law...) with many practical and humane contents such as supporting illness, building houses for the family, studying to improve qualifications...

Regarding general policies for employees and families, based on specific conditions, the support levels are as follows: Supporting funds to donate savings books at a level of 30,000,000-50,000,000 VND; supporting funds to build and repair "VNPT Warm House" at a level of 60,000,000-100,000,000 VND; rewarding children of officials and employees with high academic achievements at a level of 500,000-5,000,000 VND; giving gifts to celebrate the longevity of parents of employees aged 100 and over on the occasion of the Lunar New Year at a level of 3,000,000 VND; supporting and subsidizing difficulties for officials and employees who are sick, sick, have labor accidents, traffic accidents, deaths... at a level of 1,000,000-10,000,000 VND; giving gifts to children of union members and employees in difficult circumstances of the program "VNPT with you to school" at a level of 1,000,000 VND/case.

Visiting and giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Lunar New Year; Workers' Month, Labor Safety and Hygiene Month, Action Month for Children and Vietnamese Family Day at a level of 1,000,000 VND/case; giving gifts to union members and workers who are wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers on the occasion of the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day at a level of 300,000-500,000 VND/case; supporting employees who are working, retiring, losing capacity, losing jobs of the Group when undergoing inpatient and outpatient examinations at a level of 200,000-2,000,000 VND/time; rewarding employees who achieve international diplomas and certificates at a level of 8,000,000-12,000,000 VND.

Regarding policies to support workers working far from home and resigning: Support for workers working far from home at VNPT provinces and cities is only at a level of 2,000,000-4,000,000 VND/person/month; support for workers resigning from January 1, 2026 at a level of 4,000,000 VND/year actually working at VNPT.

Regarding support for female workers and male workers whose wives have children: Support female workers who have children at a level of 10,000,000 VND/child; support male workers whose wives have children at a level of 2,000,000 VND/birth; female workers who have two children before the age of 35 support at a level of 3,000,000 VND; support for specialized examination for female workers from 250,000-650,000 VND/year.

Regarding support for improving working conditions, culture and sports: Support for improving facilities, working conditions, entertainment areas, cultural and sports training after working hours (buying table tennis tables, badminton courts, volleyball courts, gyms...), kitchens, collective rooms to consider support according to the actual proposals of units; support for repairing and renovating sanitation works at VNPT provinces and cities according to the actual proposals of units.

With the union member welfare program, union members are entitled to discounts on air tickets, hotel services, restaurants... according to agreements signed with partners, preferential discounts from 10-30% on ticket prices, services...
