VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union has 2 individuals honored at "Journey of Aspiration 2026

On October 6th, Ms. Ngo Thuy Dan Phuong - Chairwoman of VNPT Lam Dong Trade Union - said that the unit had 2 individuals honored at the "Journey of Aspiration 2026" program organized by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology.

The program aims to commend employees with outstanding achievements, and at the same time express gratitude to individuals who have made many contributions to the workers' movement, trade union activities and labor care work in the 2024-2025 period.

In 2025, the entire industry had 183 individuals recognized as "Exemplary Workers" and 46 individuals honored in the role of "Companions". In which, VNPT had 82 "Exemplary Workers" and 17 "Companions".

At VNPT Lam Dong, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - business staff in VNPT Bao Loc area - was recognized as "Exemplary Laborer".

The job requires regular sticking to the area, directly connecting and taking care of customers. With the motto "When customers need it, they are there", Mr. Tuan proactively goes to the customer's place to support them, even on heavy rainy days or when incidents occur.

He also utilizes digital platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, website and Google to approach, advise, and care for customers; and build a network of collaborators by region to expand customers and improve service quality.

Thanks to his flexible approach, Mr. Tuan has completed and exceeded the assigned targets for many years. Before being honored as "Exemplary Laborer", he was once recognized as "Excellent Employee of the Ministry of Science and Technology", and for many years achieved the title "VNPT Smile".

In 2024, he was awarded the title "MyTV Star", received a Certificate of Merit from Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group and a Certificate of Merit for Excellent Trade Union Group 7. In 2025, he was proposed to be awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Finance for his achievements in labor.

Manager accompanies workers

Along with direct workers, the "Journey of Aspiration 2026" program also honors managers who have made many contributions to trade union activities and care for union members and workers.

At VNPT Lam Dong, Mr. Ho Quang Hue - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Lam Dong Telecommunications - was honored in the role of "Companion".

In the process of operating the unit, Mr. Hue coordinated with the Trade Union organization to take care of life, working conditions and build a cultural working environment for workers.

The fact that a direct employee and the head of the unit are both honored shows the connection between the labor emulation movement and trade union activities at the grassroots level.

According to Ms. Ngo Thuy Dan Phuong, commending typical individuals will contribute to spreading the emulation movement for good labor and creative labor.

Thereby, promoting VNPT Lam Dong employees to successfully complete production and business tasks and build a strong Trade Union organization.
