Tay Ninh deploys emulation model, aiming to increase income for workers
Tay Ninh - Deploying the emulation model for the period 2026-2031, aiming to promote initiatives, improve productivity and increase income for workers.
On October 22, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to deploy the model of emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the period 2026-2031 at Bibica Joint Stock Company, Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, My Yen commune.
A noteworthy point is that in the period 2020-2025, Bibica Joint Stock Company recorded 1,103 initiatives, of which 910 initiatives were applied in practice, bringing benefits of more than 55 billion VND and 644 employees were commended. This is the foundation for the enterprise to be selected by the Provincial Labor Federation as one of the 9 points to implement the provincial-level emulation movement, in order to draw experience and replicate the model.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the core goal of the movement is to link labor productivity with actual income. Accordingly, employees actively studying and improving techniques will contribute to improving production efficiency; conversely, when businesses develop, the lives and welfare of employees also need to be improved accordingly.

To make the movement substantive, the Provincial Labor Federation proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union coordinate with the Board of Directors to promote propaganda, assign specific productivity targets to each department, establish initiative groups and apply management models such as 5S, Kaizen and digital transformation.
In addition to the goal of improving productivity, trade unions need to proactively negotiate to add more beneficial terms for workers to collective labor agreements, improve meal quality and care for welfare. Occupational safety and hygiene must also be put first, maintaining a network of safety and hygiene workers to prevent workplace accidents due to subjective errors.

At the conference, Mr. Luu Anh Vu - Director of the factory and Mr. Vo Quoc Khom - Chairman of the company's grassroots trade union signed a minutes of coordination to deploy the movement in the 2026-2031 period.
Annual targets include: 100% of workers are propagated; 80% or more are trained to improve skills and digital skills; at least 15% participate in proposing initiatives; average income increases by 5% or more. Enterprises and trade unions also commit to developing productivity improvement models, ensuring welfare and labor safety, creating motivation for workers to stick with the enterprise for a long time.
