Emulation to increase productivity and increase income
Mr. Le Hong Vinh is working at C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company - Xuan Mai Hanoi Branch. For more than 22 years of work, Mr. Vinh has always observed and proposed initiatives and solutions to solve limitations and improve stages.
Mr. Vinh's spirit of actively participating in emulation movements for creative initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and benefit the company is promoted by emulation movements organized by the Trade Union along with the concern and creation of conditions by company leaders.
From emulation movements, Mr. Vinh has had the Pallet cleaning combined stacking machine solution awarded the Patent of Utility Solution by the Intellectual Property Office. Every quarter, Mr. Vinh has achievements in Kaizen improvement competitions organized by the Company, in which in 2025, he won the Kaizen award with the theme Improving the water drying system before entering the FeedTank tank.
From the reality of the company as well as himself, Mr. Vinh said that when motivated and facilitated by leaders and trade unions, each union member and employee has more motivation as well as opportunities to promote intelligence, have more innovations, and improve labor productivity.
Because when labor productivity increases, not only businesses benefit but workers' incomes also increase. Innovation initiatives of union members and workers at the company all originate from reducing working hours for employees, reducing fatigue for employees and reducing costs for the company.
Businesses wanting to go far cannot lack creative workers
Exchanging about the emulation movement "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income", Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that the success of enterprises cannot be without the role of workers.
The dedication, responsibility, creative spirit and continuous efforts of the team of workers and laborers are important factors contributing to improving productivity, quality, production and business efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
Over the past time, the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" has been actively implemented, responded to and actively implemented by trade union levels and workers; maintained and developed... has been deeply implemented and become an important action movement of the Trade Union organization.
The goal of the movement is that workers must work enthusiastically, labor must have initiatives. From those initiatives, labor productivity can be improved. If labor productivity is increased, the income of workers will be increased.
Therefore, with the encouragement and guidance of the Trade Union, each union member, worker, and employee has the motivation to enthusiastically respond to this emulation movement in order to improve labor productivity as well as personal income.
In particular, the emulation movement "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income" is also promoted by the coordination and companionship with businesses of the Trade Union organization.
Hanoi Labor Federation organizes commendation of "Businesses for Workers" and commendation of "Outstanding Capital Workers" in 2026.
This activity carries a profound meaning because people are always the most precious capital, the decisive factor for the sustainable development of each business and the entire economy. A business that wants to go far and sustainably cannot lack the companionship and dedication of employees. Conversely, employees can only be assured, creative and fully develop their abilities when working in a safe, fair and comprehensively cared for environment.
With the honoring of "Businesses for Workers" and commending "Outstanding Capital Workers", the Capital Trade Union organization has honored two close subjects that create the internal strength of the country's economy.
