Female workers recruiting Cua Ong coal earn more than 1.3 billion VND from the initiative

Cua Ong Coal Selection Company - TKV currently has more than 1,300 female workers, accounting for nearly 50% of the total workforce of the entire company.

This is the core and exemplary force leading the patriotic emulation movements and major campaigns of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited and the company, associated with the 2026 operating theme of TKV Trade Union and the company's Trade Union: "Innovation, digital transformation, improving the efficiency of trade union activities and caring for workers".

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Vice Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, in the first 9 months of 2026, all women contributed 71 initiatives worth more than 1.3 billion VND in profit; 11 women were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Finance; 4 women were awarded Certificates of "Creative Miners"; 285 female workers achieved emulation titles and were rewarded at all levels.

Along with emulation movements, the company's Trade Union has coordinated with professional staff to mentor, teach skills, guide and train female technical workers to participate in promotion exams; organized specialized female health check-ups for more than 1,300 female workers.

In the first 9 months of 2026, the company's Trade Union has coordinated to develop and implement 5 joint plans, organized activities for female workers and launched the movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework", "Good at work parents - Good at studying children". More than 1,300 female workers, civil servants, and laborers registered to participate in the "Two Goods" movement, reaching a rate of 100%.

Regarding housing support, the company handed over the "Trade Union Shelter" house in 2025 to a family of female workers of the Coal Refining - Drying Workshop and accepted the "Trade Union Shelter" house in 2026 for a female worker of Coal Selection Workshop 2.

In the movement "Good Labor Parents - Well-behaved and Well-Studying Children", in the 2025-2026 school year, the company rewarded 29 collectives, 30 families, 39 typical individuals and 861 excellent students at all levels, who won prizes in competitions, with a total budget of 408.8 million VND.

The company also promptly encouraged 129 children of officials and employees to pass university entrance exams and receive scholarships; supported part of the expenses for sending children to kindergarten in the first phase of 2026, with a total budget of 325.3 million VND.
